1The agreement

These terms apply between you, creating a page for your business, and Eregion Intelligence LTD, which runs online.cy.

2What we provide

A public page for your business and, on the paid plans, online booking, a diary and reminders. We work to keep the service available at all times but cannot guarantee it.

3Your account

You give true details, keep your password safe and are responsible for what you publish. The page must be for a real, lawful business. We may suspend pages that mislead, break the law or infringe the rights of others.

4Prices and payment

The Page is free. Booking costs €15 a month and Team €29 a month, or €150 and €290 a year. SMS are sold in packs. The first 30 days with booking are free, with no card. Payment is by card through Stripe and the subscription renews until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; the subscription runs to the end of the period you have paid for and the remainder is not refunded. If we change prices we will tell you at least 30 days before.

5Deposits

If you ask for a deposit, the customer sends it straight to you, by Revolut or bank transfer. online.cy does not collect, hold or refund your customers' money: it only shows the payment details you gave and remembers whether you marked the deposit as paid. The payment details must be your own or your business's. The terms of the deposit, refunds and your tax obligations are your responsibility.

6Your customers' data

Your customers' details are yours. You are the controller and we are the processor. We use them only to provide the service to you and on your instructions, protect them with appropriate measures, use only the partners named on the Privacy page, help you answer your customers' requests, and tell you without delay if there is a breach. When you close your account we delete them. You make sure you are entitled to hold your customers' details and to send them reminders.

7Liability

We are not liable for missed appointments, lost revenue or lost profit. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

8Ending

You can stop at any time. We may end an account that breaks these terms, with notice where that is practical.

9Law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus, and the courts of Cyprus have jurisdiction.
